Make traditional Italian breads under the guidance of an expert teacher, and as a meditative activity for mental calm and presence. While the bread proves and bakes, treat your body and mind to gentle exercises for physical wellbeing, suppleness and freedom. Share a delicious lunch, then take your breads home with you.

Faites des pains traditionnels Italiens avec l’aide d’une experte, Martina Merlet, comme une activité méditative pour être présent dans le moment et calme d’esprit. Pendant que la pâte repose, trouvez votre bien-être physique et mental à travers des exercices pour la souplesse et pour la liberté de respiration, avec Joo Teoh et Patrick Ardagh-Walter. Partagez ensuite un déjeuner délicieux, avant de repartir avec vos propres pains.

Juicing with Joo

Raw juice helps rebalance acidity and sugar levels in our body. It can improve metabolism, mental clarity and mood, aid weight-loss regimes, improve skin health and bowel movement. Healthy juices do not have to be full of kale and spinach. Since 2007, Joo has been experimenting and creating his own recipes for raw juice using fruit and vegetables which are easily obtainable, seasonal, without the addition of faddy superfoods or expensive supplements.

Learn how to create delicious and nutritious raw juices with vegetables and fruit available from local markets and supermarkets. In this 90-minute masterclass, Joo will share what he has learnt from his years of “juicing.” You will have the opportunity to experiment, create and taste different recipes. Raw juices can be a refreshing introduction to your breakfast, a surprising addition to lunch, or even an alternative apéritif!

Masterclasses are held once a month, on a Thursday at 12h30 at La Scellerie.
